Shipping policy

Standard Shipping
Orders are shipped on business days (Monday - Friday, excluding major holidays). Orders shipped via Standard Shipping service are processed and shipped in 4-10 business days, depending on product availability.

Please note: All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped.


Other Locations 
Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes are delivered within 6-14 business days. APO/FPO/DPO and U.S. Territories are delivered within 14-21 business days of the order's ship date. Some locations in Alaska and Hawaii may take up to 14 business days.

Electronic Delivery
Online eGift Cards are delivered via email. The sender's name and email address are included for the recipient.

Digital Downloads are delivered via email with instructions.

Shipments to Forwarding Companies
RCV Candle Co is not responsible for damage, defect, material difference, or loss that occurs to goods delivered to a forwarding company. This means that Kimberlyraymond.com is not responsible to provide a replacement or refund for any goods delivered to a forwarding company. If you choose to use a forwarding company, we recommend requesting the forwarder refuse any packages that arrive damaged. If a package is lost or damaged after being received by the freight forwarder, it is the responsibility of the freight forwarder.

Lost or Missing Orders
If the tracking information for your package confirms delivery and you cannot locate the delivered package:

  1. Check with neighbors and family members
  2. Look around the delivery location
  3. Check for notice of attempted delivery
  4. Contact the carrier directly who can assist further
Note: RCV Candle Co monitors claims of lost, missing, wrong and damaged items for abuse. Lost, missing, wrong and damaged items must be reported immediately upon receipt of the shipment, and any damaged, wrong, missing items must be retained (including the shipper). RCV Candle CO reserves the right to limit or deny the reshipment or credit of an order/item in all instances.
